WEDNESDAY (Feb 2) Film - The Mothman Prophecies on Fox Movies at 11pm

When John Klein, a respected journalist, and his wife Mary find their dream house they couldn't be happier. However, when Mary dies in a car crash, their dreams are shattered. While removing Mary's possessions from the hospital, John discovers a sketchpad covered with odd drawings, variations of the same eerie apparition which he decides to explore.

Bob Harris is an American film actor, far past his prime. He visits Tokyo to appear in commercials, and he meets Charlotte, the young wife of a visiting photographer. Both bored and weary, Bob and Charlotte make ideal if improbable travelling companions. However, just as the budding relationship between them deepens, they come to the realisation that their visits to Japan, and one another, must soon end.

FRIDAY (Feb 4)

Film - The Amityville Horror on MBC 2 at 11pm

George and Kathy Lutz and their three children move into a house that was the site of a horrific murder a year before. They decide to keep the house and try to keep the horror in the past. This is until, George starts to behave weirdly and their daughter, Chelsea starts to see people. What now follows is 28 days of sheer terror for the family.

SATURDAY (Feb 5)

Series - Ghost Whisperer Season 3 and 4 on Fox Series at 8pm

Melinda Gordon communicates with earthbound spirits, ghosts who seek her help in relaying a message or completing a task that will put the spirit to rest, and allow them to cross over into The Light (the afterlife). Those who died with unfinished business become earth-bound and can not cross over until Melinda, as their earthly representative, helps them to find peace. The series is inspired, in part, by the work of famed mediums James Van Praagh and Mary Ann Winkowski, self-proclaimed real-life communicators with spirits.

SUNDAY (Feb 6)

Film - Blades of Glory on Fox Movies at 11pm

When rivalry between the world's best male figure skaters - Chazz Michael Michaels and Jimmy MacElroy breaks into a fight on the awards platform, they're banned from the event for life. Three years later, desire for a gold medal and a careful reading of the rules leads them to compete as skating's first male-male pair. Can they overcome mutual dislike, limited time to prepare, their coach's secret past, and the dirty tricks of their main opponents?

MONDAY (Feb 7)

Film - Transporter 2 on Fox Movies at 1am

Ex-Special Forces operative Frank Martin hires himself out as a mercenary 'transporter' who moves goods - human or otherwise. However, as a favour to a friend, Frank temporarily takes over driving six-year-old Jack Billings, (the son of a wealthy businessman), to school. Frank unexpectedly bonds with Jack and so when he is kidnapped for ransom, Frank uses his skills to try to retrieve the boy.

TUESDAY (Feb 8)

Film - The Last Samurai on Fox Movies at 11pm

Captain Nathan Algren is a cynical veteran of the American Civil War. He now makes his money by working for anyone who will pay him. He is hired by clients who want lucrative contracts with the Emperor of Japan to train the peasant conscripts for the first standing imperial army in modern warfare. However, after he learns about the old Japanese traditions of war, he acts as advisor to a failed attempt to save the Bushido tradition.
