HE said he'd be back, and now he's keeping his promise: Arnold Schwarzenegger is plotting a movie return.

Originally a body builder before making a transition to action movies, Schwarzenegger won the 2003 recall election to become Governor of California. Now, his time in office is over, and he's looking to move back into film.

Schwarzenegger said: "My friends at CAA have been asking me for years when they can take offers seriously. I have given them the green light."

CAA refers to the talent agency that represents him.

As the Hollywood Reporter points out, Schwarzenegger, who is best known for his Terminator films, took on a number of bit parts in films throughout his governorship including; Around the World in 80 Days, and The Expendables.

However, this time around, he's realistic about his big screen limitations.

"In the future I have to adapt my roles to my age," he said.

"Clint Eastwood also has done it in the same way. Extreme fighting is not possible anymore. I want to be more encouraged as an actor and I believe that I can manage the challenge."
