Sports pundits have often suggested he could walk into any coaching job in the rugby world, so why has he rejected all offers to date? “Being a good player doesn’t always mean that skill can transfer to being a good coach,” he explained.  However, there is one job in rugby even he could NOT refuse. “Refereeing a Rugby World Cup Final!” he told me.
