ELITE Hospitality organised an inter-unit competition for chefs entitled The Canapé Connoisseur to encourage the budding talents in the company’s kitchens and to showcase their creativity.
Ten chefs from Elite Properties participated in the contest and their skills on presentation, garniture, taste and creativity were put to the test.
The judges declared Chef Farouk Ahmed as ‘The Canapé Connoisseur’. The runners-up were Chef Abdur Rahim and Chef Chadi Elias. The competition was held at Elite Grande Hotel.
