Firstly, let me congratulate you on your weekly newspaper that brings us information about all walks of life on this beautiful island. You are doing a wonderful job. Keep it up.
In your last issue, the front page article highlighted a new invention called Wudu which was very interesting. Since I am working in the same field I have to point out the main challenge in introducing it will be space. As Mr Fakhro stated, in places like mosques the cleaning area is so congested it may be difficult to instal many of them. Nevertheless, I hope to see this new invention fixed in prayer halls in the near future.

The British School of Bahrain (BSB) will celebrate the global citizenship of its student body and the ethnic diversity of the school wide community at its second annual International Family Fair organised by the Friends of the British School, a group of volunteering parents.
The fair is to be held on Friday, November 18, from 10am-3pm. For BD1, young visitors to the fair will travel around the world with a passport that will be stamped at the different country stalls they visit.
In a new twist this year, visitors will meet a famous person and learn about the qualities that brought them fame as well as sample food and learn about the cultural heritage of that country.
Two stages will be set up for live entertainment by talented students. There will be a Santa’s Grotto and a Tea House with a selection of teas from around the world.
Come to enjoy many fun games and rides as well as a big raffle with amazing prizes to be won. A wide selection of fine jewellery, diverse art, handmade crafts as well as other shopping items will be sold in the marketplace, open to people who would like to have a table at our fair.
BSB will also be introducing the community to its new extra-curricular activities and parents will have the opportunity to learn more and sign up their children.

Thank you to all the team at GulfWeekly for the amazing five-week Think Pink coverage.
You were not only able to showcase the charity and our October events but launch our 2011 campaign: A Touch is all it Takes, Share the Light.
The story gave the charity the awareness push that is our mission and vision, which was an amazing platform.
