Film – Anywhere But Here at 7pm on MBC MAX 

Adele August is a mother who longs for a more exciting and glamorous lifestyle. She decides to leave her husband and take her reluctant daughter to Los Angeles. They move into an apartment they can’t afford but Adele is sure that her daughter’s future career as an actress will pay off. When a family tragedy provokes a crisis between mother and daughter, Adele is forced to become a traditional mum for once.

Film – The Switch at 8pm on OSN Premiere

Kassie and Wally are best friends. Being unlucky in love, Kassie has decided to have a child using artificial insemination. Wally doesn’t like the idea but he isn’t capable of admitting he’s in love with her. After a mishap, he switches the donors sample with his own. Kassie moves away as she doesn’t think New York is a good place to raise a child. Now seven years later, Kassie has moved back with her son Sebastian.

Series – New Girl at 6pm on OSN Comedy

When Jess discovers her boyfriend has cheated on her she finds a new place to live. She moves into a loft with three single guys she’s never met before. Nick is a jaded law-school dropout, Schmidt is a flashy businessman and Winston is a former athlete who doesn’t know what to do, but really needs to win whatever it is. Can this dysfunctional group handle the new girl?

Series – The Mentalist at 1.45pm on MBC Action

Patrick is a psychic who discovers his wife and daughter have been murdered by a serial killer named Red John. Patrick joins the California Bureau of Investigation as a consultant to the team investigating the case. Using his mentalist tricks, he is able to close a number of cases but his illegal methods also land him in hot water with the chief of the department. Meanwhile, the hunt for Red John continues.

Film – Life As We Know It at 8pm on OSN Premiere

Holly is a caterer whose career is just getting off the ground and Eric directs sports for a major TV network. When their friends die in a car crash they are awarded joint custody of their infant daughter, Sophie. So they move into their house and try their best to honour their friends’ wishes. But raising a child puts a crimp on their style and to make things worse, they don’t exactly get along.

Film – Pride at 7pm on MBC 2

An African-American schoolteacher frustrated by his inability to find a job repairs an abandoned pool hall in hopes of starting Philadelphia’s first African-American swim team. He helps troubled teens become successful at swimming and face their struggle against prejudice, crime, and poverty. This inspirational drama is based on the true-life story of 1970s schoolteacher Jim Ellis.

Series – Two and a Half Men at 1pm on MBC 4

Alan is a divorced, middle-aged father. He has recently lost his brother, Charlie, and is left with his house which he can no longer afford. Ashton Kutcher joins the cast as Walter Schmidt, a lonely man who Alan befriends. Alan later becomes aware that Schmidt is a billionaire and sells the house to him. As a sign of gratitude for befriending him when he was lonely, Schmidt allows Alan and his son, Jake, to live with him.
