Film – Nanny McPhee at 7pm on MBC MAX
Mr Brown is a widower who must tend to his business as an undertaker while looking after his seven children. His offspring have managed to drive away 17 different nannies, but when their father arranges for Nanny McPhee to help out, it isn’t long before the kids realise she has magical powers and isn’t afraid to use them to help keep them in line. As their father is forced to wed, the kids use Nanny as an ally and discover that as they behave better, she begins to look less frightening.

Former skateboarder-turned-entrepreneur Rob Dyrdek spends his life turning fantasy into reality, with a comically offbeat way of realising his own make-believe world. He explores a host of crazy pursuits, combining his limitless imagination with his entrepreneurial skills, coming up with strange ideas such as gigantic skateboards and indoor blobbing.

A forty-something-year-old divorcée, Jules, is an overprotective mess who considers re-entering the dating pool, which just happens to be full of younger men. Her teen son, Travis, and his lazybones father, Bobby, deal with her bossing everyone around and seeking attention. That includes her real estate office deputy Laurie, her neighbour Ellie, who controls her devoted Cuban husband Andi Torres with an iron fist, and her hunky new neighbour and barman Grayson.

In order to save the planet from nuclear annihilation, Charles and Erik use their unique powers to avert a global thermonuclear war during the Bay of Pigs crisis. They launch an intense recruitment campaign with the support of Dr Moira MacTaggert and the CIA. Before long, the two have assembled a crack team that includes Mystique, Banshee, Beast, Angel, Havok and Darwin. Meanwhile, Sebastian Shaw plots to plunge the world into war with the help of mutants Riptide, Azazel and Emma Frost. However, in the process of saving humanity Charles and Erik start to clash.

The professionals guard the borders of the land Down Under and have been entrusted with protecting the border from drug smuggling, illegal immigrants, potential terrorists, harmful pests and exotic diseases. The show reveals methods used to separate honest mistakes from more sinister motives.

George has managed to make his way through high school with minimal effort. Meanwhile, Sally is a natural-born beauty whose popularity helps to hide the fact that she’s miserable at home. Brought together by their personal lives, the two quickly discover that despite appearances, they actually have things in common. It all threatens to fall apart when George learns he may not graduate. He attempts to learn self-discipline by working under an artist who sees potential in the misfit. Yet, his lazy past threatens to hinder his forward momentum.

He eventually settles on a career and pretends to be a psychic. He brings his childhood friend, Gus, into his scheme and between their bantering, they manage to solve every case they’re presented with.
