Tea Week will kick off on Saturday with accompanying live entertainment for family and friends during the opening ceremony and a chance to sip a variety of delicious hot beverages.
There will be a number of tea labels on hand with special offers and promotional packs to be snatched up. Alokozay Premium Tea is the main sponsor of the festival and the organisers are Madaris Trading.
Elena Biktimirova, Alokozay’s sales and marketing manager, said: “It will be a fun week for all with free sampling of different types of tea.
“There are special promotions on teas including discounts starting from 10 to 25 per cent as well as promotional sets. One set, for example, will include 10 tea flavours and the price will be less than BD2. It will give tea lovers a chance to find their perfect mix.”
