Arsenal Soccer School Bahrain was celebrating this weekend after four of its teams reached the finals in the annual Under 10 and Under 12 British Club Football Tournament Ö despite them all wearing the colours of rival European clubs!
Five-a-side teams representing the British Club, Rugby Club, Kick Off Academy, Dilmun Club, Arsenal and the British School Academy competed in the two contests. A pre-tournament draw decided the strips each team would wear.
Arsenal playing in Bayern Munich shirts beat Arsenal wearing Manchester United’s colours by a single goal scored by Ahmed Al Khalifa in the Under 10s final.
Arsenal wearing Chelsea blue beat Arsenal donning a Barcelona kit 2-1 with a brace by Abdulrakman Al Jowder. Salem Hussain replied in the Under 12 final.
