Nick Kroll, who stars on Comedy Central’s Kroll Show has been cast on an upcoming episode of New Girl.
Jake Johnson’s character on the show, Nick Miller, will head back home to Chicago for an upcoming episode, where he’ll be rekindling his relationship with his brother.
Kroll, 34, will play Nick’s dim yet passionate younger brother, a repairman named Jamie. Fellow stand-up comedian Bill Burr, who plays henchman Kuby on Breaking Bad, has also been cast as Nick’s foulmouthed cousin Bobby.
The castings come less than a week after Margo Martindale was announced as Nick’s mum on the show. All three members of the Miller family will appear in the upcoming episode where Nick discovers he is the most normal person in his family.
New Girl airs Tuesdays at 3pm on Fox Series.
