Film – Jurassic Park III at 5pm on MBC 2
Dr Alan Grant is tricked by wealthy couple Paul and Amanda Kirby into a fly-over sightseeing tour of the Costa Rican islands populated by ferocious, genetically-bred dinosaurs. After their plane crash-lands, it’s revealed that the Kirbys are actually looking for their teenage son who is lost on the island. Grant and his companions discover the hard way that some of the scaly monsters on the island have advanced communicative abilities.

After spending her youth raising her son, newly-divorced Jules tries to find the balance between dealing with her ex, running a business and helping a host of other wonderful characters through their own trials. Encouraged by her best friend Ellie and her garish assistant Laurie, Jules gets back into the dating game only to struggle with her ideas about how to behave when you are 40 and single.

Catch all the action from the largest and pre-eminent professional rugby union competition in the Southern Hemisphere. The best teams will battle it out in a series of bruising encounters to see who will emerge as champions ... the Rebels or the Brumbies. Each team within a conference plays each of the other teams twice, once at home and once away. Each team then plays four out of the five teams from each the other conferences once.

Dre and Sidney became best friends when they were children – the same time they became aware of the hip hop revolution in New York City. Now, Dre runs a successful record label and Sidney is a respected music journalist and they are still close friends. While both have always denied their attraction to one another, Sidney begins to have second thoughts when Dre proposes to his girlfriend Reese. Even though Sidney has a relationship of her own, as Dre’s wedding draws closer she begins to wonder if she’s missing out.

Four promising chefs compete to turn a selection of everyday ingredients into an extraordinary three-course meal. The show is divided into three rounds: appetisers, entres and desserts. In each round, the chefs are given a basket containing between three and five unrelated ingredients, and the dish each competitor prepares must contain all of these ingredients.

Following the murder of her father by hired hand Tom Chaney, 14-year-old farm girl Mattie Ross sets out to capture the killer. To aid her, she hires a man with true grit, Reuben J ‘Rooster’ Cogburn. Mattie insists on accompanying Cogburn and, against his wishes, she joins him in his trek into the Indian Nations in search of Chaney. They are joined by Texas Ranger LaBoeuf, who wants Chaney for his own purposes. The unlikely trio find danger and surprises along the way.

Series – Modern Family at 7.30pm on OSN Comedy HD
This mockumentary follows the lives of three families and their experiences. Jay is in his second marriage to a younger woman, Gloria, who has a 12-year-old son, Manny. Jay faces cultural clashes as it takes a comical view at the complexity of family life. It also follows his two grown children and their family lives. Together, they bridge a generational, cultural and social gap.
