Charles Lyon, right, stole the show at the Euro Motors BMW Monthly Medal Series competition at the Royal Golf Club (RGC), despite wet and windy conditions on the Montgomerie championship course.
His impressive hole-in-one on the challenging par 3 16th hole contributed to his nett score of 72, sealing him top spot in division one. Ben Elsworth was runner up on nett 75.
In the second division Paddy Gallagher scored nett 74 to secure the top spot ahead of Tony Bridgens who finished second on nett 75.
Youngster Saud Al Sharif scored a brilliant nett 69 to win first place in division three, enjoying a six-shot lead over runner-up Sanjay Lal.
