The Domain Bahrain, a multi-million dinar hotel-club concept located in Manama’s Diplomatic district, will be unveiling two of its exclusive restaurants in August.

The 36-storey property, that boasts a socially-charged member’s club, will feature a soft opening coinciding with Eid Al Fitr where guests will be able to savour the hotel’s French fare at its Le Domain [34] and Le Sauvage restaurants.

Both venues are located on the 34th floor, which is dedicated to French cuisine. Le Domain [34] offers lighter French food with crisp, seasonal flavours from the South of France and Le Sauvage boasts classic, hearty roasts that are rich and meaty.

Former executive chef and The Domain’s second-in-command, Kim Andersen, said: “As the region’s first social club and hotel, the food and beverage offerings had to be compelling.

“This is a city where creativity is lauded and we knew we had to up our game. It will be an electrifying collection, both simple and complex, inspired by the seasons, the best ingredients and by a host of chefs who are completely and utterly dedicated to their craft. We cannot wait to open our doors in September, later this year.”

Aside from the 34th floor which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, The Domain also houses a variety of dining and entertainment venues ranging from Japanese to Basque to Italo-Lebanese. The hotel also features two floors dedicated to Vie Spa and Vie Fitness, as well as 375sq/m of meeting space.

The Domain Bahrain is a part of the Chic & Unique Hotels Group – a new business division of the Al Matrook Group of Companies headed by Bahraini entrepreneur and businessman Faisal Al Matrook.
