St Christopher’s School played host to over 18 schools from Bahrain and two from Saudi Arabia during the recent Bahrain Private Schools Football Competition. The tournement was held over two nights at the St Christopher’s Saar campus, where teams battled it out for the title.
The competition proved to be ‘a tremendous success with a brilliant display of skills from all teams involved’, organisers said. St Chris proved victorious with both the girls and boys teams winning their competitions respectively. The boys, under coach Giles Dawson, won every game they played without conceding a goal.
