Film – The Guilt Trip at 8pm on OSN Movies HD+2 Andy Brewster is trying to get his organic cleaning product in a major retail store. After a disappointing sales pitch, he visits his mother, Joyce in New Jersey before setting off on a cross-country trip to Las Vegas. During his visit, she reveals that he was named after a boy she fell in love with in Florida. He finds that the guy is still alive and unmarried living in San Francisco. Andy invites his unknowing mother on the trip, claiming he wants to spend some time with her.
Series – New Girl at 6.30pm on Fox Series Jess, a bubbly teacher who is known to burst into spontaneous song, catches her boyfriend cheating so she leaves him. She then moves into a loft with three single guys she’s never met before. Nick is a law-school dropout who is usually grouchy and wants to be left alone. Schmidt is a flashy businessman who thinks he is a player. Winston is a former athlete who doesn’t know what to do, but really needs to win at whatever it is. Together they form everlasting friendships.
Series – Family Guy at 9.30pm on OSN First Comedy HD This animated comedy follows the adventures of the Griffin household. The family includes Peter, the obnoxious father, Lois, the loving mother, their son Chris, who is too often confused, their annoying daughter Meg, Brian, a pessimistic talking dog and evil genius baby, Stewie. The Griffins’ neighbours include whiny, self-loathing Cleveland, paraplegic policeman Joe Swanson and the local pervert Glen Quagmire.
Film – Knight And Day at 9.30pm on Fox Movies June Havens is a car restorer and while on her way home from a job she meets Roy Miller. June is instantly charmed by Roy but soon finds out that he is a super-spy on the run from the FBI when she gets caught right in the middle of an assassination attempt against him. June finds herself involved in a dangerous cat-and-mouse chase and now must find out whether she can put her trust in Roy as her life is in his hands. In the meantime, she is dealing with her own family issues.
Series – According to Jim at 9.40pm on Star World HD Jim is an abrasive but lovable suburban father who is a fan of blues music, the Chicago Bears, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls and the Chicago Blackhawks. He and his wife Cheryl have five children – Ruby, Gracie, Kyle, Jonathan and Gordon. Jim often finds himself in messy situations because his laziness inclines him to search for alternative ways of doing things with less effort. While Cheryl’s brother Andy might be Jim’s best friend, her sister Dana frequently teams up with Cheryl against Jim.
Film – Dude, Where’s My Car? at 7pm on OSN Movies Comedy HD Two cool dudes had an unbelievably sweet night and cannot remember a thing, including where they parked their car. All they know is that there’s a year’s supply of pudding in the fridge, and their girlfriends are upset with them for trashing their house and forgetting their anniversary. Together, they embark on a mission to retrace their steps to find out what they did on that night hoping it will lead them to the missing car.
Film – G.I. Jane at 4.30pm on Fox Movies In Washington DC, a Senate hearing is being chaired by Senator Lillian DeHaven who questions the US military’s policies on women serving in combat situations. DeHaven plans to have a female naval officer enrol in SEAL training, which has a 60 per cent failure rate amongst its candidates. The candidate is Lieutenant Jordan O’Neill, who works in Naval communications as a satellite specialist. O’Neill will quickly learn that its not easy fitting in and she will have a lot to prove to herself and the world.
