Detox is ... safe deodorant

What type of deodorant do you use and does it contain toxins?

In order to make sure that our health is in optimum shape, we have to try to avoid the toxins that are in our daily life.

One of the biggest sources of toxins in our life is deodorants or anti-perspirants which we use on a daily basis as they contain chemicals and aluminium.

Aluminium is toxic to the body and negatively affects the body, the brain, and the digestive system so you’re much better off avoiding it.

But what is the alternative?

The alternative to regular deodorant is natural deodorant in the form of a crystal or ‘Shabba’ in Arabic. This crystal was used by our grandparents but it phased out over the years with the modernisation of society.

But now with the new health craze, it’s back in use and you can even find it packaged and sold as regular deodorant.

So you wet the crystal and roll it on as you would a regular deodorant.

But this crystal needs a bit of time until the body gets used to it because it’s natural and your body hasn’t gotten used to it yet. So it might need a couple of weeks for its effects to be seen and for you to feel completely comfortable with it.

It helps reduce perspiration, it’s odourless, and does not stain clothes.

You can use any other natural toxin-free scented deodorant on top of it if you prefer.

What is detox? Detox is improving your daily toiletries and staying away from toxins in order to be healthy.
