FOLLOWING the fantastic response to our Spot the Zen Airfyer contest in last week’s GulfWeekly, the suppliers of the appliance have given us two more to give away over the next fortnight.
So, if you missed out on the prize have another go at winning by spotting one of the machines, deviously reduced in size by our mischievous art department and hidden within our pages.
The Zen Airfryer is a revolutionary tool, retailing in stores for BD50 and below, for making your favourite fried foods a whole lot healthier.
Instead of using oil it circulates extremely hot air around your food to get the crispy, golden brown results of deep frying with 80 per cent less fat.
The device uses a combination of fan-forced hot air and a grill plate to heat food through. In effect, it’s like a very small fan-forced oven.
Cooking is very straight-forward, add the ingredients of your choice, set the timer and temperature and you’re good to go. Although chips are the most popular dish to make with this product, the possibilities are practically endless.
It can also be used to bake and grill, which means the only limit is your imagination. You can cook meat, fish, vegetables and even desserts.
Last week it was hidden on Page 23 within a photograph alongside the Awali Golf Club report. It was spotted by keen-eyed Heather Ferguson. Your prize awaits collection from our office in Exhibitions Avenue, Hoora. Please bring along some identification.
For your chance to win a Zen Airfryer, simply spot the shrunken hidden image somewhere in this week’s issue.
Simply state what page it’s on, enter Zen Airfryer in the subject line and email editor@gulfweekly.com
One correct entry chosen on Sunday at noon will win the prize. Normal GulfWeekly rules apply. The Editor’s decision is final.
