Twenty4, a vibrant, trendy and affordable retail clothing store is set to open in Enma Mall, Riffa which will help bring this fast-fashion brand to the masses.
Both parties signed the lease and handover of the 2,000sq/m anchor store which will conclude yet another successful opening following units in Bahrain, UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Enma Mall, managed and leased by the international property advisory firm CBRE, is prominently situated in East Riffa and offers 27,000sq/m of retail space over three levels to include ample parking and a 500-seat food court.
Samir Motegheria, Twenty4’s country manager, said: “The opening of the new store reflects our aggressive strategy to expand in the region. We believe Enma Mall offers a strong retail position for Twenty4 as a major fashion destination in the kingdom.”
