When the heat is on, the smelters get cookin’!
Mighty-muscled Abdulwahed Al Asfoor and Ebrahim Habib were toned and triumphant at the third Flex Bodybuilding Championship held recently at the Alba Club.
Abdulwahed from alumninium giant ALBA Reduction Lines 1 & 2 was crowned overall champion of the event and also won the Gold in the 90kg category while Ebrahim clinched victory in the 80kg category.
Somehow, muscles like that would be totally wasted if the guys had office jobs. Organised by Flex Gym Centre, the event was open to bodybuilders of all nationalities and was held in five weight categories – 70kg, 75kg, 80kg, 90kg and 100kg. It witnessed participation from more than 25 of Bahrain’s top bodybuilders battling it out for the title.
