Enjoy milkshakes

Have you ever felt like you wanted to eat or drink something but you didn’t know what to have?

Let me give you an idea.

You know what, I’ll give you two ideas; and they both contain almond milk because I like it a lot.

The first one is an idea for a hot chocolate drink. Instead of drinking the regular hot chocolate drinks that are filled with milk, sugar and side-effects on your health, take almond milk (which I’ve given the recipe for in past issues and on my website), and add pure cacao powder to it and a bit of raw honey. Heat them on the stove and enjoy. Great taste without the side-effects.

The second idea is a banana milkshake. Take almond milk again and blend it with banana, cacao powder and raw honey; and add a little bit of tahina sauce and some cinnamon powder. Blend everything together and voila! Banana milkshake with a healthy twist.

Both ideas would work very well as a quick snack, for you and the whole family.
