Al Seef Jewellers scored the highest total of the tournament after they were put in to bat as they made 124 runs for the loss of three wickets in their allotted six overs in the Indian Club 7-A-Side Indian Expat Cricket Tournament, sponsored by Rohi International, Raymond International, Bahrain Workshop Company, at the Indian Club premises.

Hardeep and Vimal scored half centuries in the process and Vimal created a record of sorts, hitting six sixes in one over from Nigel Shiva Hari, the lone bowler who picked up two wickets for just three runs.

In reply, Imation Strikers Bahrain could only make 45 runs before being all out. Shiva Hari was not out with 31 runs. A double wicket maiden by Mathew was the final nail on the coffin as Al Seef Jewellers won by 79 runs. Shiva Hari was named man of the match.

In another match, a sterling captain’s knock of 28 by Sameer enabled Summerland to defeat Indian Club Badminton by six wickets. Batting first, Indian Club Badminton notched up 36 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in six overs with Arunachalam doing the bulk of the scoring with 21. Mohammed Khan picked up two wickets giving away just four runs.
 
In reply, Summerland raced to victory scoring 41 runs without losing a wicket in just three overs. Captain Sameer was named man of the match for his efforts.
