Stylish beach-front villas are now available to purchase on Amwaj Island’s latest addition, The Address Homes.
The development, created by Al Matrook, has 16 two-storey villas featuring patios with private pools and a beach for a backyard.
The 300 sq/m four bedroom homes, with a built-up area of 459 sq/m, boast tile floors, panoramic windows and open-plan kitchens with Whirlpool electrical appliances.
The ground floor of the spacious show-home PropertyWeekly visited, featured fine finishings, an office with an ensuite bathroom, a living and dining room, a laundry room and guest closet. The office area could be converted into a maid’s quarters if required.
The first floor had two bedrooms, one of which had a terrace with a sea view and a panoramic window overlooking the living room. Both bedrooms had built-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms.
There was a living room on the second floor as well as two bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes and an en suite. One bedroom had a balcony facing the beach while the other overlooked the island.
There was a double shaded car park.
The project is located near Amwaj’s many attractions, such as the Lagoon’s outdoor shopping mall which features restaurants, retail outlets and spas, as well as the marina.
The homes are being sold and marketed by Bahrain-based Impact Estate.
