Infiniti has launched the latest enhanced version of its flagship full-size SUV, the new 2015 QX80, across the region.
For the coming model year, it offers a fresh new exterior design, a more crafted interior, additional standard features and technology and will come in two Grade levels – QX80 Excellence Grade and QX80 Luxury Grade, both with the option of seven or eight seats. Prices will be announced shortly.
Juergen Schmitz, managing director, Infiniti Middle East, said: “We have introduced significant changes to the QX80, that give it a more muscular and poised stance from the outside, while a host of new features inside deliver supreme comfort for up to eight passengers alongside the latest safety technologies, which include Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW) and Forward Emergency Braking.”
The extensive exterior design refinements focus on the QX80’s front end appearance, with new upper grille shape and added lower grille. The revised front fascia also features new LED high/low beam headlights, LED turn signals, LED fog lights and a new bumper with flush-mounted sonar sensors.
At the rear, a larger, standard bumper protector helps reduce potential damage when loading or unloading recreational gear or bulky cargo. There are also three new exterior colours among the seven choices: Hermosa Blue, Graphite Shadow and Majestic White.
A new wheel design is also introduced –14-spoke 22-inch forged aluminum-alloy wheels.
