WE are a lot more dehydrated than we think. Why? Because we simply don’t drink enough during the day. Also, because we happen to live in a country with hot weather and air-conditioned environments that add to the dryness.

One of the best solutions for dehydration is coconut water.

But why is coconut water better than regular water for dehydration, you might ask.

Because coconut water is not just a fluid. It is a fluid that contains minerals and electrolytes that give the body back its vibrancy and makes it feel ‘alive’ very quickly.

One of the most important electrolytes in coconut water is potassium. Potassium usually goes low unnoticed especially in athletes and people who sweat easily.

In hot or dry days, or even after exercise, get yourself used to drinking coconut water. You will be hydrating your body and having a delicious drink at the same time.

Source your coconut water from the fruit itself if you can, but if you really must, then a can will do. Try it and see how your body will look and feel better once its hydrated.
