GENTS, join the Royal Golf Club’s Executive Chef Paul Gindra on February 3 & 4 to learn how to cook your loved one a fabulous three-course Valentine’s dinner.
 
Participants will gather in the Majlis function room and on day one will prepare and cook a delicious starter and main course under Chef Paul’s guidance. Day two will cover the preparation and cooking of dessert and garnishes. Chef will taste each dish after cooking and offer advice and assistance as needed. He will also discuss suitable grape beverages to accompany each course of the meal.

The classes will take place between 6pm and 7.30pm each evening and will cost BD30 per person for the two-day course. Classes are open to men only.
