Who doesn’t love a good chocolate sauce to drizzle on their food?

The only problem is that regular chocolate sauce is usually loaded with sugar, milk, preservatives and a bunch of other things we don’t need.

If you want to experiment with healthy chocolate sauce, this is the best recipe idea to start with: mix soft coconut oil (refrigerate it for a bit so that it’s not too runny) with raw cacao powder and date syrup to sweeten.

You can adjust the amounts of these ingredients according to your taste buds. Mix well with a fork and you have instant chocolate sauce that is totally raw and natural!

I like to drizzle it on fresh green apple slices, but you can also use it on your healthy pancakes, to dip nuts in or even to coat your favourite fruit slices. Try it and you’ll never look back.
