The trio of Ben Elsworth, Graeme Newport and Todd Gillespie won the Royal Golf Club’s annual Valentine’s Scramble golf tournament with a net team score of 60.6.
The two husband and wife pairings of Rob and Debbie Lane and Nils and Dagfrid Berge were close runners-up with a net team score of 60.7.
More than 60 golfers competed in the tournament which was played on the club’s Montgomerie championship course. Tournament co-ordinator Sohail Singh presented the prizes.
Results: 1st Ben Elsworth, Graeme Newport & Todd Gillespie (gross 63/net 60.6), 2nd Rob & Debbie Lane, Nils & Dagfrid Berge (gross 66/net 60.7).
