Iftikhar Butt and playing partner Jason McNamara enjoyed their first win in the current BMMI Shops Monday Madness Night Golf Series at the Royal Golf Club with a score of 24 points.
Khalid Al Omran and Georges Abou Jaoude won second place with 22 points on countback while Rajinder Sachdeva and playing partner Kwang Seok Kim had to settle for third place for the second consecutive week, also with 22 points.
With just two more rounds left in the series, three pairings share the lead in the overall order of merit with eight points each – Sachdeva and Kim along with Ashley Price and Steve Middleton and the duo of Carter Alexander and Stewart Tankard.
Nearest the pin side contests on holes 12 and 16 were won by Ali Saleh and Dena Wales respectively.
A good mix of members and visitors competed in the Vegas Stableford competition.
