Renowned chart-topping musician Pitbull will take to the stage in Bahrain as the headline act of the Formula One at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Sakhir.
He will be performing on April 18 as part of an extensive line-up that also includes British band The Vamps and Swedish DJ Otto Knows, who will perform on April 11 at a Race Fever event staged at Amwaj Islands.
Those with tickets to the Grand Prix weekend will be able to attend the concert.
Complementing the musical acts, there will be a variety of other activities at the circuit including a Snow Village, a special marquee located in BIC’s Formula One Village Vending Area, which will include a synthetic ice rink, a snow garden, a cross-country skiing area, a climbing wall, and a tube and freestyle slide.
An ice show entitled The Ice Queen will also be performed through the day.
Furthermore, around the BIC will be roaming performers – entertainers from across the world. These include Bandas às Riscas, a troupe of street performers from Portugal, Be-Dom, a group of young artists who convert jars, cans, bottles and drums into musical instruments and Daniel Waples, one of the world’s leading HandPan musicians.
Also in action will be The Freaks, a young acrobatics squad from Austria who will perform breath-taking gymnastics stunts and awe-inspiring acrobatics moves, and Flava, a dance troupe who last year reached the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent.
Rocking a powerful rhythm will be LED drummers Spark!, who are returning from last year with their blend of high-impact drumming, dynamic choreography and beautiful lighting design.
Finally, the Red Bull X-Fighters Jams motocross show will take place during the Race Fever event in Amwaj Islands on April 2 and 3.
Jamaican dancehall rapper and producer Sean Paul will be kicking off Formula 1 fever at Elite Crystal Hotel’s Klub 360 on April 17.
