Albareh Art Gallery, Adliya, is hosting an exhibition titled ‘The Margins’, featuring the work of four Saudi artists – Ayman Zedani, Fahad Al Nlymah, Ghada Al Hasan and Marwah Al Mugait – with the theme of abstraction, until April 21.

A ‘Berber Women of Morocco’ exhibition is being held at the Bahrain National Museum, Manama, until April 15 as part of the 2015 ‘Year of Heritage’ festivities. It is open from 8am-8pm.

The exhibition will showcase a wide range of objects and photographs in tribute to the women who preserve the Berber culture’s identity.

Tickets for the 2015 Formula One Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix can be purchased at the BIC stands in Bahrain City Centre and Seef Mall. They can also be bought online at www.bahraingp.com or by calling the BIC Hotline on 17450000.

Tickets range from BD150 for the Main Grandstand to BD60 for the University or Victory Grandstands, while a Batelco Grandstand ticket costs BD120 and a Turn One ticket is BD100.

Children aged three to 12 years can get 50 per cent off on a ticket, while school students aged 13 to 17 years can get a 25 per cent discount. University students can get 10 per cent off, while senior citizens aged 60 and above along with people with special needs can get 25 per cent discount.

Chart-topping musician Pitbull will take to the stage in Bahrain as the headline music act of the Formula One at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC) in Sakhir on Saturday, April 18.

This coming weekend, however, the attention turns to the BIC stage for British pop sensations The Vamps and talented Swedish DJ Otto Knows, who will be performing live to the delight of their fans.

The Vamps will be the first to take to the stage Saturday night at 7.30pm. They will be followed directly by Otto Jettman, also known as Otto Knows. Gates open at 6pm.

Both acts are among the world’s most talented young artists who are quickly growing in popularity in their respective musical genres.

The Vamps are made up of singer Brad Simpson, guitarist James McVey, drummer Tristan Evans and bassist Connor Ball. The teenagers have created a series of punkish, acoustic-driven covers of chart-conquering pop hits and have also released their own arena-shaking anthems.

Swedish DJ Otto is one of Stockholm’s most popular exports and has been welcomed into the international clubbing circuit and charts alike with his dance music. His singles  Million Voices and Parachute have become classic global hits.

The live concerts are a part of the final day’s programme of Race Fever. Also on the cards for the last day is a raffle draw for a chance to win a new Jaguar F-Type Coupe.

All those who have already purchased their tickets to this year’s race will be able to attend the concerts free of charge and all ticket holders are also automatically entered into the raffle.
