TWO lucky GulfWeekly readers were invited to the press preview screening of the movie after entering a contest coupon and correctly stating that baddie Deckard Shaw was played by actor Jason Statham.
They each won of a pair of tickets after their names were drawn out of the hat and were thrilled by the movie magic.
Mariecris Tescon said: “The film was really awesome and I loved the action scenes, particularly the one in Abu Dhabi. The fights were so well done. They handled Paul Walker’s death really well, and even though I’d read that they got his brothers in to finish scenes, I honestly didn’t notice. The film was extremely fast and extremely furious!”
And Alex Rodney added: “I enjoyed the movie so much! It was a great experience seeing it in the cinema and all the action on the big screen. The cars were superb and the action kept me on the edge of my seat. I’d really recommend it.”
