HOME hunters and investors will get a chance to see what’s on offer locally and globally at next week’s Gulf Property Show, Bahrain’s boutique showcase dedicated to promoting the kingdom’s, as well as the GCC’s real estate and property developments, and opportunities further afield.
The annual show will take place at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre in Sanabis from May 12-14 and will once again be held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
“The Gulf Property Show has established Bahrain as a centre for real estate trading,” said Jubran Abdulrahman, managing director of the show. “The show has something for everyone, whether it is an opportunity to promote projects to local and international investors or for those seeking a home to purchase.”
The Gulf Property Show 2015, sponsored by Diyar Al Muharraq and Inovest, will feature more than 300sq/m of exhibitors featuring developments in and around the kingdom, Turkey and the UAE, alongside the UK, Serbia, Nigeria and Bosnia.
“The interest we have received towards The Gulf Property Show from international and regional realtors shows confidence in Bahrain,” added Ahmed Suleiman, exhibitions director of show organisers, Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions.
The Gulf Property Show also recently launched its own property search engine on its website, allowing visitors to view listed properties from exhibitors which are available for sale prior to the exhibition and to make contact with sales agents accordingly.
The show is part of the biggest integrated business-to-business platform for the construction, interiors and property markets in the Northern Gulf. To search for properties for sale visit www.gulfpropertyshow.net
