So many people go through their days congested. It becomes part of their life simply because they don’t know how to deal with it or resolve it.

A few tips for all the congested people out there:
Congestion gets worse with certain foods. The biggest culprits as you might already know are dairy products (cheese, milk, yoghurt, etc.).

But what also contributes to congestion is gluten (the protein found in some grains such as wheat and rye). Some people also react to eggs.

And one of the biggest causes of congestion is dehydration. If you are not drinking enough water, the lining of the sinus becomes dry and inflamed and keeps you congested.

Use these few tips and breathe easier this summer.
