Expiry dates

Food manufacturers add expiry dates to foods so you can tell when they are spoiled, but I look at expiry dates for other reasons.

To me, the longer the expiry date, the more the product has been tampered with.

Do you ever wonder how some foods can last for months or even years sometimes without getting spoiled? Don’t you find that disturbing?

People often get frustrated with foods that spoil easily, but I say it’s the opposite. Foods that spoil sooner are fresher, without all the additives and preservatives that are added to keep them ‘alive’ for longer.

So on your next shopping trip, to determine whether or not you should buy certain products, look at expiry dates and buy the ones that spoil quickly. Start with salads, vegetables, and fruits. The more alive it is when you buy it, the more it will give you life.
