THE 2016 Gulf Property Show looks set to be bigger and better than ever before with more than 60 per cent of the exhibition space already sold, six months in advance of its opening.
Organisers Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) say they have received ‘strong enquiries’ from both Bahrain and internationally for the remaining spaces.
Gulf Property Show 2016 carries with it the strategic sponsorship of Diyaar Al Muharraq and Manara Developments and the support of the Bahrain Property Developers Association (BaPDA).
“The growth over three years has firmly established the show and Bahrain as an important real estate trading hub,” said Jubran Abdulrahman, HCE managing director. “The Gulf Property Show is a trusted window to the GCC’s real estate and property development industry. Bahrain’s financial and real estate regulatory framework is a contributory factor to the success of the show in attracting the kingdom’s leading developers to showcase and launch current and future developments.”
The event is set to take place from April 26-28 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre and will showcase commercial and residential real estate developments in Bahrain, GCC, Turkey, USA, the UK and other parts of Europe to a targeted audience of investors.
The Gulf Property 2015 show was attended by 7,200 unique registered visitors who ensured that many developers left the event with sold-out developments.
“The 2015 Gulf Property Show was considered by many of our exhibitors to be a business success. One exhibitor sold 24 pieces of land during the three days, while other developers completely sold out the project on display at the show,” added Ahmed Suleiman, HCE exhibition director.
The show takes place alongside two other major exhibitions – gulf BID and gulf Interiors, continuing the B2B and B2C Platforms for the construction, interior and property sectors in the Northern Gulf.
