Members of the team kicked off the operation with a group exercise demonstration before the official ribbon-cutting ceremony.
A freestyle group training demonstration was next on the agenda to get visitors in the mood for refreshments and a club tour.
Potential members were also treated to a free Zumba class, Bodyattack class, spin class and were invited to have a free ‘inbody’ analysis carried out.
For those with enough energy left after Sunday’s session, a DJ and dance show followed.
