Motorcity has launched the new 2016 CMC Z7, a multi-purpose vehicle featuring re-defined comfort and advanced Japanese technology, at the marque’s showroom in Nuwaidrat.

The CMC Z7’s high-rigidity chassis creates a SUV-level combination of high-handling stability, while its 2.4L four-cylinder 16-valve gasoline engine generates 136BHP, coupled with a five-speed automatic transmission that has been specifically designed for all-terrain driving comfort.

Automobile manufacturer CMC, which stands for China Motor Corporation, is based in Taiwan, has roots dating back to 1969 and is partly-owned by Japanese giant Mitsubishi.

Its impressive Z7 features a Japanese-powered drivetrain which is compact, yet affords a spacious interior which can comfortably carry seven passengers. In addition, it offers the option of removing the third row or folding the second row of seats to create even more storage and utility space.

A suite of other comfort features are available, such as power windows, power steering and 18-inch alloy wheels. The high option includes climate control, HID headlights and leather upholstery. Safety features, which come as standard, include parking sensors, dual airbags, an Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) and Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD).

The CMC Z7 starts at BD6,600 with a monthly instalment finance package of BD88 per month also available.
