Polo Ralph
Lauren kids held an afternoon tea party at Saks Fifth Avenue Bahrain to thank customers for their loyalty and
support.
The event started with a photo opportunity at a white garden table set against a lovely spring backdrop. Families
posed with big smiles as the little ones fidgeted wanting to start the fun inside.
Children giggled as they were seated at colourful tables with various craft options to choose from. They decorated
jewellery boxes with sparkly gems, sewed felt cupcakes together and glued decorations on silly sponge eye-glasses.
A long table was set with refreshments for the children with gummy candies, tiny cakes, scrumptious miniature cupcakes
and éclairs on sticks.
Four-year-old New Millennium School pupil Jerestine Sanjana, said: “My favourite part of the tea party was decorating
the hearts.”
Cecila Lermen, 10, who attends the British School of Bahrain, added: “I liked the crafts very much, especially sewing
the cupcakes.”
An illusionist also entertained the crowd with his magical tricks and balloon-making antics.
Guests were also offered a peek at the new Polo Ralph Lauren kids spring/summer collection.
Cynthia Zeitouni, senior marketing for Polo Ralph Lauren Dubai, said: “We thought an afternoon tea party would be a
fun way to interact with our loyal customers allowing mothers to shop while their kids participated in a host of fun
activities.
“The new collection features iconic polos, plaids and shorts with big and small pony embroidery. The new colours and
lighter fabrics aimed at the region are all in stock now.”
