The exhibition was beneficial to companies introducing new plans and discussing delayed projects such as the iconic Wyndham Grand Tower, located at Bahrain Bay, which was set to open some time ago.
CBRE Bahrain was appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for the twisting tower. Khalid Al Sayed, CBRE agency assistant of sales & agency, said: “I can’t say when the hotel will be opened exactly. However, the entire building will be fully operational by September. They are already working on the fit-out of the hotel so let’s say 75 per cent is ready.
“There are nine floors of parking and four basements for parking as well. Floors 11 to 24 are the hotel and floors 25 to 43 are offices for leasing.”
