Behbehani Brothers aftersales team received its FCA certification certificates from Mopar regional market manager Leena ElGebaly at a recent ceremony held in the Sitra facility.
The Mopar brand has been providing authentic parts, accessories, expert service and customer care for the Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge RAM, Fiat Alfa Romeo brands for 80 years. All the Behbehani customer-facing staff members have now completed both levels of certification which cover all aspects of customer care, product knowledge and systems.
The technical team also received its official FCA documents which cover seven areas of expertise engine repair & performance, transmissions, driveline, chassis, electrical & body system and air conditioning systems.
