Alto, an Arabian-inspired lounge and restaurant, boasting sweeping, panoramic views of Manama, officially opened with a glitzy ceremony on Saturday.
Located on the 25th floor of Downtown Rotana, the event was attended by senior government officials, VIPs, dignitaries, business leaders, hotel management, as well as members of the board of directors and management of the BMMI Group, which is behind its creation.

Alto’s food menu draws from the Middle East’s diverse cuisines, combining local, regional and wider flavours. “We wanted to make sure that guests can enjoy every single aspect of Alto,” added James Johnston, vice president of Bayader, the BMMI division responsible for restaurants. “From the interior design to the impressive outdoor terrace, the unique items listed on our menu and our fusion music, we have tried to think of every single thing to make every visit to Alto special.
