POPULAR dining destination, the Wok Station, has added a range of new flavours to its menu of Far-Eastern Asian cuisine.

More exotic offerings are being conjured up at the Galleria Mall culinary destination alongside favourites such as like Har Gow, Java Grilled Fish and Chiang Mai Train Station Noodles which recently won it a glowing Eating Out review in GulfWeekly.

Last weekend’s Eid al Adha festivities made it ‘a perfect time’ to launch the revised menu, management says, which features ‘new aromas, textures and tastes and introduces duck meat to be relished in many ways’.

Guests can also enjoy a unique concoction of sticky rice with a choice of protein filling wrapped in banana leaf.

Following the concept of one-bowl-meal, new dishes have been added which have noodles or rice, plus a choice of protein and veggies.

The menu displays traditional cooking techniques and celebrates the use of Far-East Asian ingredients and herbs.

Diners can check out the new additions such as Mantao Chicken Buns, Spicy Duck Stir-fry, Indonesian Street Style Chicken Sate, Steamed Jasmine Rice Stuffed with Shrimps, Kung Pao Chicken or Prawn, King Prawn in Char Ha Sauce and many more.

The beverage section of the menu has also seen new additions including Hawthorn Berries Ice Tea, Minty Vimto Mojito and Matcha Green Frappuccino.
