As with all short game shots, I like to see the club head accelerating to the ball, the stroke staying lower to the putting surface and making a shorter finish. This will also provide you with a little pop at impact and get the ball rolling quicker.
To create this feeling, I like to see players putt a little more with their arms, rather than the classic rocking motion of the shoulders, this allows you to swing the head of the club without moving the handle as much.
As you stroke though the ball your head should remain still and the stroke a little shorter, this will improve your consistency and start seeing the ball disappear more.
