More than 120 players took to the Awali Golf Club’s sand course to take part in Friday’s 22nd annual Nass Medal competition.
The day’s overall winner was Eui Mo Koo with a gross 86, net 63. The Medal Winner with a gross score of 70 was Khalid Salem.
For Flight One, Rashid Yacoub came in first with 73/66 followed by Yousif Saleh Yacoub with 71/66. Mohammed Sultan Faraj took third place with 76/66.
For Flight Two, Nawaf Al Noaimi made in to the top of the leader board with 82/65. Second place went to Dave Bailey with 77/65 and third spot was taken by Murray Brown with 78/65.
For Flight Three, Richard Loker came in first with 85/65 followed by Nick Davis with 85/66 and Jeffrey Barrett with 85/66.
Diane Loney claimed the prize for nearest the pin on Hole 4.
Players and guests concluded the contest with a meal, refreshments and a generous prize table and raffle.
