Creative jewellery concept Les Georgettes by Altesse, which features interchangeable and reversible coloured bands made in France, can now be snapped up at Al Hawaj stores across the kingdom.

The brand, which was established in Paris in 2015, first expanded to North America, the UK and Germany by tying up with 3,000 retail partners and has now focused on the kingdom.

Its uniqueness stems from combining the savoir-faire of major French jewellery manufacturer Maison Altesse and French leather creator Texier to combine their talents with specialist pieces.

Shoppers can create their own cool cuffs and necklaces by choosing a design, a finish and colour of the leather. There are more than 20,000 jewellery combinations that can be transformed to suit any mood or occasion.

Eric Lefranc, the brand’s CEO, said: “We have a really innovative concept; mixing personalisable jewellery with interchangeable elements which allows every individual to express their own unique style.

“The pieces are competitively priced and a true demonstration of high-quality French craftsmanship.”

The Al Hawaj Group unveiled the pieces at a conference held in its Salmaniya office alongside details of its partnership with the Renaissance Luxury Group. The event was attended by Al Hawaj chairman and managing director Jawad Al Hawaj, general manager Abdul Wahab Al Hawaj, assistant branch manager Yousif Abdul Wahab Al Hawaj and Renaissance Luxury Group sales director Wissam Al Jord along with invited guests and members of the media.

The bangle are available from BD33 and the leather strap price starts at BD10. The cost of the ring starts at BD15 and the leather strap for the ring is a snip at BD2.
