Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) aims to woo prospective customers to open new accounts and apply for a multitude of financing products and services, in addition to credit card applications, in ‘three simple and easy steps’ through its mobile application and online electronic portal … and without the need to visit a branch.
Described as a ‘quantum leap’, it is another ‘further advancement’ and an ‘integral pillar’ of BisB’s three-year Back-to Basics strategy.
“Providing seamless digital services by eliminating the need for our customers to visit an actual branch is of most importance to today’s more technologically savvy end user,” said Dalal AlQais, GM of BisB Retail Banking, pictured above. “By following three easy steps online, customers will be able to get any banking product, or perform most transactions with ease, and within two business days, a BisB representative will arrange to meet the customer for verification and to collect all necessary documents.”
