New one-stop-shop opens

Comfort and convenience will be order of the day when motorists visit a new state-of-the-art facility just unveiled in Janabiya offering a comprehensive list of services located under one roof.

Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons’ chairman, Farouk Almoayyed officially inaugurated the YK Automall located in Janabiya last week in front of supportive family members, guests and members of the media.

The YK Automall is a clever concept allowing owners of cars of all models to experience an ‘uncompromising level’ of automotive services, they promise, from 7am to 7pm, seven days a week … and the new facility is set to inspire the creation of a series of similar one-stop-shops across the island.

A wide range of new and used cars will be available and other services like periodic maintenance, tyres and batteries, smart repairs, car care and cleaning services and much more. Rental facilities, of course, are on site too.

Present at the ceremony were Y.K. Almoayyed & Sons’ vice chairman Fareed Almoayyed, MD Mona Almoayyed, and directors Layla Almoayyed, Salwa Almoayyed, Amal Almoayyed, Mohammed Almoayyed, Hala Almoayyed,  Gordon Boyle and CEO Alok Gupta.

“The YK Automall in Janabiya has been developed to truly be a ‘one-stop-shop’ for all automotive needs, regardless of what car people own or drive,” Mohammed said. “We realised that there was a lack of a high-end service centre in the area.

“Our vision was to develop a facility that can deliver the YK standard of professionalism, reliability and level of service for residents living in the area. We foresee expanding this concept throughout the kingdom in the future and bringing convenience closer to our end users.”
