City Centre Bahrain, in collaboration with Le Méridien Hotel, hosted its Iftar Saem initiative for the third consecutive year.

It’s an annual activity through which the popular mall provides Ramadan supplies to surrounding communities in the kingdom. This year’s initiative provided 1,000 Iftar meals distributed to mosques in Manama.

A team of 35 volunteers from City Centre Bahrain and Le Méridien collaborated to deliver the food and all the Iftar meals were prepared and packed by their teams.

As part of Majid Al Futtaim’s 13th annual Make a Difference campaign, and in partnership with the Bahrain Islamic Association, visitors have also been encouraged to make donations throughout the holy month and Eid of ‘gently-used’ clothes, books, toys and non-perishable food items, at the special donation station located next to Gate 4 on the ground floor.
