After five years since releasing an album, the Dave Matthews Band is strutting back onto the music scene with their Walk Around the Moon on May 19.
This will be the American rock group’s 10th studio album, featuring 12 original songs including its first single Madman’s Eyes which is already out.
The band first debuted the song live in Columbus, Ohio, in November 2021. They worked on the new album with producer Rob Evans and executive producer John Alagia during the pandemic.
According to a press release from the band, this album is as much a reflection on the current times as it is an urge to find common ground. Their North American tour will also start in May in support of their album.
