COLOMBIAN singer and songwriter Karol G has topped Billboard’s weekly music poll with her new song Que Chimba De Vida.
Music lovers got the chance to vote in the poll that was published on Friday (December 15), and they chose the Grammy nominated artist’s new single as their favourite release of the past week.
Que Chimba De Vida, which translates to ‘What a Cool Life’ brought in 59 per cent of the vote, surpassing the likes of famous rappers such as Megan Thee Stalion, Nicki Minaj and Lil Baby.
Trailing behind Que Chimba De Vida on the poll is Not My Fault, the team-up between Megan Thee Stallion and Reneé Rapp. The Mean Girls movie musical soundtrack single brought in 35pc of the vote.
Karol G is considered one of the most influential reggaeton and Latin trap female artists, and she has received several honours including five Latin Grammy Awards and four Billboard Music Awards.
